From my first contact with this company I had a good feeling. The guy on the phone (sorry didn’t catch his name) was polite, helpful, answered all my questions and was able to get us in urgently. On arrival at the facility, again staff were attentive and friendly. What a breath of fresh air. I wish they could sprinkle some of their ‘happy dust’ on most other medical clinics. It’s so rare to have such a positive experience from beginning to end. Someone needs to recognise these employees and thank them for representing the company so well.

I had a calcium score test which is an out of pocket test. Precise Radiology is between $50 to as much as $100 cheaper than the other clinics. The staff were friendly and professional.

I am a local Osteopath and refer many patients to Precise. I have also attended as a patient myself, and taken my baby here.I have always been impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Precise.The clinic is clean and modern, they are able to accommodate important scans quickly, the reception staff are polite, and most importantly, their radiography team are immensely knowledgeable and kind.Will continue to recommend my patients attend Precise if they require medical imaging.

happy with the visit. ultrasound was bulkbilled for medicare card holders. itwas an intern student who did my scan but was checked up by the supervisor afterwards. called up on Friday and got an appointment the following Monday which is quick.

My experience here has restored some faith in 'the system'. The staff are helpful, kind, caring and great communicators. Comparing them to my former Radiology place I go to, I cannot emphasize enough the experiences. I've been here several times and the staff are great, the appointments on time if not earlier normally, and the decor is fantastic. I work in medical, and their equipment is really top of the line. But the best example I can give is to do with two ultrasounds I had in the last six months.Noticed a bump, went to the old place, and got an ultrasound. Lady was fast, not thorough, and swiftly said there was nothing there. I asked if she was sure- she said yes. It was very quick, and I was surprised, like, damn, nothing, I can FEEL something, but she gave me the all clear, so...Six months later, two bumps. I go in to Precise Radiology and boy howdy can I tell ya, they are GOOD- they found BOTH and informed me they looked benign, but the other lady? Totally missed them. I won't name names, but suffice to say if you're choosing which place to get radiology done at, they took extra time, did a super thorough scan, and are really top of the line. Other places WILL MISS PROBLEMS on their scans. Their equipment is older, crummier, and I cannot emphasize enough how relieved I am to have visited Precise and got a finite answer on this.If I ever move, I'll drive across the whole damn city to go to this place, absolute cutting edge machines and their staff are just on a whole other level. Above and beyond a five star rating.
